Project Chevy Chase is a ground-up new build designed to feel collected, intentional, and quietly luxurious. From the earliest architectural conversations, every element was thoughtfully considered to support a home that is both grounded and unique.
Inspired by a palette of natural materials and mineral-rich tones, the interiors reflect a refined earthiness—layering texture, patina, and tone to achieve depth without visual noise. Custom cabinetry in moody painted finishes pairs with warm oak millwork and honed stone surfaces, lending a timeless yet tailored feel throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.
Throughout the home, subtle contrasts and bespoke details echo the studio’s guiding principles: to create spaces that are thoughtful in composition, natural in materiality, and wholly unique to each client.
