Designing for a rental apartment does not have to be boring – and small spaces don’t need small furniture.
In the bedroom – we created a cozy reading nook using an existing (and perfectly fitting) bench & a plug-in sconce. In the living room using larger scale furniture helps to make the space feel larger by balancing proportions in the long, narrow space.
For this project, we used a curated mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and art – along with a few rental friendly hacks – to layer textures and give this space personality.
Our goal at Hannah Charlotte Interiors is to create timeless, layered, and beautifully curated spaces with the client’s tastes in mind. Finding both balance and tension amongst the elements creates unique spaces that never go out of style.
